[ 01 ] How it works
A long recording goes in one end. Ready-to-post shorts come out the other. You only review the parts the AI picks.
Drag in a podcast, a stream, a lecture. Any long recording you have sitting on disk.
any long videoWhisper runs right on your Mac. The video itself never leaves your machine.
local · whisper.cppAI works out what kind of video it is, proposes clips, then judges each one on its exact words and ranks the best.

9:16 · subtitles[ 02 ] Why ClipBomb
Hours of footage to a stack of clips in minutes, not an afternoon of scrubbing.
Video stays on your Mac. Only transcript text goes out, with your own key.
The AI proposes clips. You review, trim and approve every one before anything is exported.
[ 02 ] The judge
Proposing clips is easy. ClipBomb then reads each candidate word for word, decides whether it stands alone, picks the sentence it should open on, and ranks the survivors across the whole video.

Whisper transcribes locally. Only the transcript text goes to Groq, with your own key, to pick the clips.
Flip a wide shot vertical and drag the crop to where the action is. Try it.
So, um, the real trick is, like, you just, uh, hit record and, you know, keep going.
Export the whole episode with filler words and dead air removed, not just the shorts.
Hover to peel it off. Kidding. It was never there.
The AI works out the kind of video first, then judges clips against a rubric for that genre.
No framework of the week. Electron, Whisper and FFmpeg wired together with care, not a wrapper around someone else's API.
